Client portal (shared links)
Not every customer uses weBiller — and they don’t need to. You can share a secure link to a web page where they view the invoice or quote and act on it, with no account required.
Sharing a link
Open the invoice or quote
Go to its detail page.
Copy the link
From the More menu, choose Copy payment link (invoices) or Copy share link (quotes). weBiller generates a secure link and copies it to your clipboard.
Send it however you like
Paste it into an email, a message, or a chat.
What your client can do
On the portal page they see the full document — number, sender, dates, line items, totals, remaining balance, how to pay instructions, and terms. Then:
- For an invoice: choose I’ve paid this invoice and fill in the (optional) payer name, date, and method to report the payment. That creates a claim you confirm — exactly like the in-app flow.
- For a quote: Accept or Decline, which notifies you and updates the quote.
Security
- Links are long, unguessable, single-purpose tokens.
- They expire and can be revoked, so a shared link doesn’t stay open forever.
- The page shows only that one document — never your account or other clients.

If a link has expired or been revoked, your client sees a Link unavailable message. Just copy a fresh link and send it again.
