Reports

Reports turn your invoices and expenses into a clear picture of how the business is doing.

What’s on the page

• Profit: revenue collected minus expenses.
• Revenue chart: invoiced vs. received over the period.
• Comparison: this period vs. the previous one, with percentage changes.
• By status: how your invoiced amount splits across statuses.
• Top clients: who brings in the most.
• Top products: revenue per catalog item, with units sold and (where you’ve recorded a cost price) the margin. See Items → Revenue per product.
• VAT report: taxable base and VAT per rate, with reverse-charge, exempt, and zero-rated turnover listed separately. See VAT & tax.
• Debtor aging: what’s outstanding, bucketed by how overdue it is (Not yet due, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+ days), with a row per client.

Filters

• Period chips: This month, Last 3 months, or This year.
• Currency chips: if you invoice in more than one currency, pick which to view. weBiller never sums different currencies together.

Export your data (CSV)

Choose Export CSV to download the report data. For exporting full records (invoices, clients, payments, or your whole account), see Settings → Export data.
